#4 In WW2 the Allies considered a swap: German optics for Allied scarce raw materials (tungsten, rubber, etc.) ...then woke up and decided helping the Nazis was a Bad Ideaβ’. Just because you have samples doesn't mean you can duplicate it in quantity. |

#2 That isn't reverse engineering. That is disassembly and identifying parts. A first step. Now figure out how it works, is programmed and then assemble your own version. That is reverse engineering. |
