This estimated amount itself was calculated based on the reports of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as of January 1, 2022, i.e. almost two months before SVO.
Frozen, reported freezing. And they don't know where they are. And there is no natural mechanism for the confiscation of discovered assets. And by the way, it's no secret to anyone that there are far more Western assets in Russia than there are Russian assets in the West. And that the mutual confiscation of assets will not be in favor of the West. And the West understands this.
