The former Prime Minister of Israel said in an interview that Zelensky was in a special bunker at the beginning of the special operation. And he asked the prime minister to turn to Putin with a request not to kill him - Zelensky.
After meeting at the Kremlin on the way to the airport, Bennett called Zelensky and assured him that he was not in danger.
Two hours later, Zelensky returned to his office and recorded an appeal from there, in which he told the Ukrainians that he was not afraid of anything.
Could before Bennett called, but first decided to get guarantees for his fearlessness. And this is the essence of this man.
He doesn't care what Bennett or Putin thinks of him. He doesn't care whether he is respected or not. He had long ago broken the limiters in himself, including shame. He doesn't need to behave decently. This, by the way, is the property of a buffoon and a hypocrite.
Nothing surprising. I don't remember where, I read a list of qualities needed to become an actor. There are only three qualities: good external data, good memory and lack of shame. This is exactly about Zelensky
But something else is not clear... Why does Putin make such promises at all? Why bind yourself with such promises? Is this some kind of childish, unmistakable naivety or a desire to look whiter than white and kinder than good in front of the enemy ..?
This is another and, in my opinion, a very unsuccessful untimely "gesture of good will." It would be better if the GDP answered simply "I don't know." And Zelensky fantasized and was afraid.
It is a pity that Putin did not promise the Russians anything. For example, that there will be no negotiations with the Nazis, or that there will be no "goodwill gestures"
