  • Authorities are still investigating the fatal shooting, saying it does not appear Kelly and the victim knew each other

  • Cuen-Butimea has had a history of illegally crossing the US-Mexico border and was deported back to the country several times

#7  The million dollar bond was a huge signature of the intent by the local criminal justice political allies of the Demokrat invasion strategy to intimidate other locals from such actions. This guy and his family will be destroyed financially by delay, obfuscation by the DA and lawfare, despite almost certainly being within his rights by an honest interpretation of the existing statutes in Arizona. When it finally gets to trial, almost certainly a hung jury will be the best to be expected, given the demographics of the area, and the liability and pending retrial will likely bankrupt and displace Kelly over time.
The message is, do NOT interfere with the invasion or else!

Note the name of the judge was not used. Five will get you ten that he or she is Mexican, or on the payroll of the local Raza.
