#2  Most of America's military do not live in barracks or on posts/bases. They live among the local population. Many of the jobs performed on posts/bases were moved during the 70s-80s from uniform personnel to civilian hires who also happen to live off post/base. That general population is extensively armed itself. Someone is having daylight fantasies if they think something like this could be pulled off and sustained given that nearly all bases/posts are reliant upon outside energy and food sources across what would become 'Indian Territory'.
