| #5 49 Pan No arctic blasts in lower 48 for at least the next 10 days. during this time we Will see a few below 0F readings in mountains and northern tier but most of the lower 48 will be warmer than normal. Siberia has been colder than normal lately and Moscow, RU will be below 0F for an extended period starting in about 24 hours or so. |
