![]() The Ursa Major (also known as the Sparta III) was scheduled to dock at the port of Mongla in southwestern Bangladesh on Dec. 24 and unload cargo destined for the nation’s first nuclear power plant, which Russia is building, according to a source at the Bangladeshi foreign ministry. Now there’s a thought to freeze the marrow in one’s bones. But is it as terrifying as the nuclear power plant Russia has been building for Egypt? How many others is Russia building in the more interesting corners of the world?
