[ToloNews] A blast targeted a vehicle in the city of Faizabad, Badakhshan province, on Monday morning, killing head of the provincial security department, Abdulhaq Abu Omar, the ministry of interior confirmed.The blast happened nearby the compound of the security department, said Abdul Nafay Takor, a front man for the interior ministry said.
Two other forces of the Islamic Emirate were maimed in the earth-shattering kaboom.
Security forces arrested four people in connection to the case, according Takor.
No group or individuals has grabbed credit for the attack.
