  • A 47-year-old pedestrian was walking in Harlem when he was struck on the head

  • It took place near W. 148th St. outside a Chinese takeaway and was recorded

  • Azizi was arrested at his home a few hundred meters from the scene

  • He was pictured being walked by police into Central Booking on Wednesday
