| #1 Seems like the Russians are waiting for the services to be restored temporarily, then targets the temp and repaired sites. About a 3 week interval from last time they took the Ukr power, water and heating services out. Let's see if there's another barrage shortly before, during, or shortly after the week of December 11th. |
