#3 to get them out of range of Ukr artillery. Or to start the process of getting them out of Ukraine altogether... and into exile in Russia, where they’ll contribute to Russia’s population numbers instead of Ukraine’s? We’ve had reports of that kind of thing before. |

#1 From the Pravda line: On October 31, the occupiers announced the evacuation of settlements in a 15-kilometer zone on the left bank of the Dnieper, in particular from the Kakhovsky district. My understanding is the Rus are evacuating *all* civilians from the zone to get them out of range of Ukr artillery. |
