Leaders - with balls.
For example, Stalin had balls. And he did not exchange for agreements with the same Hitler to withdraw Soviet troops from the right bank of the Volga in Stalingrad. On the contrary, it was there that the fascists were first broken back and the Nazis rolled to Berlin.
The leader must have balls, and not be exchanged for agreements and "goodwill gestures" and other "regroupings" that he uses for his own good, as practice shows 100%, ONLY the enemy.
I hope my maxims are wrong and it won't come to that, because there will be no political surrender of Kherson.
