Another area of the world the west should just walk away from and let nature take its course. Kinda like Chicago.

#1  South Sudan is a big nation and is home to various ethnics who practice everything from farming to cattle raising to mixed economies. However, the UN does not describe those areas impacted. One can assume for the present that the equatorial regions are immune. Since the inception of Operation Lifeline Sudan in 1988 the United States and the UN have come to the rescue --usually after a serious famine has killed off tens of thousands of southern Sudanese. I imagine it will be repeated again this year.
