#3  How big is their logistics pipeline? Can they train that many would-be soldiers to any standard better than 'Bullet Catcher" in less than a 12-to-16 months*? Will it take until Spring '23?

*Note: I am curious as to how many of their units took enough casualties to be unable to provide sufficient cadre. Their overall performance is suggestive that their training wasn't too good to start with (I am not talking about courage, just military professionalism)
