Why an escalation in the coming weeks is inevitable.
1. The Liz Truss government in Britain hangs in the balance. Her approval rating in the country fell to 10%. Part of the establishment of the conservative party wants to remove it as soon as possible, as the government loses control over the economic processes in the country and collapses the ratings of the conservative party, increasing the costs of the current course in Ukraine, not only for the population (this could still be put up with), but also for ruling elites (but not with this one).
2. In early November, elections to the US Congress will be held. According to current sociology, Republicans have a 95 percent chance of winning a majority in the House of Representatives. They also have a certain chance of winning a majority in the Senate, which will be a disaster for the Biden administration. The head of the Republican minority in the House of Representatives has already said that after the victory of the Republicans, support for Ukraine will be reduced in the interests of American voters.
3. The economic and socio-political crisis in Europe is sharply aggravated. Inflation in a number of countries has exceeded 10 percent, there is a mass shutdown of enterprises, and the number of anti-government rallies is growing, which threaten the dominance of the Euro-Atlantic establishment and fuel European opposition. The cost of the war in Ukraine for the average European continues to grow exponentially.
4. Accordingly, in the coming weeks, the operators of the war in the US and Britain may receive serious domestic political blows. The possible fall of the Truss cabinet and the very likely transformation of the Biden administration into a "lame duck" are forcing the "hawks" to hurry, pushing the Zelensky gang to take offensive action in the coming weeks. In addition, the likelihood of various terrorist attacks, sabotage and other provocations increases, not only increasing the overall level of escalation, but also pushing the US and Russia to a complete remake of the Caribbean crisis.
