Anyone, anyone who did research on the Somali ExPat communities forming after the disaster of expedited importation from the end of the Clinton era knew that these colonies were a multi-generational, tribal kleptocracy immune to assimilation or genuine westernization. In Minnesota, California and Ohio they have found rich environments to grow their wealth, protected by the double bind of being Black and Muslim, and hence, virtually untouchable. I guarantee this is just one of many such cons with enormous payouts. In California, a few years back, they were running a phony "school" with exactly the same kinds of fraud, movable events to fool lax verification, publicity and centralized "colony" housing sites. Long term plans to consolidate the tribal connections to areas with a local political outreach plane for gradual tribal candidate placement. |
