[REGNUM] Foreign journalists should learn Russian, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on September 24 at a press conference on the results of participation in the 77th session of the UN General Assembly.

“Are you saying that you don’t understand Russian?” Lavrov noted.
“Time to learn,” he added.
