FBI Turns Up on Doorstep of Trump Supporter Who Wasn't Even at the US Capitol on January 6
2022-09-13
[Red State] We’ve been reporting on the efforts of the federal law enforcement bureaucracy to harass and target Trump allies with reported FBI raids on the homes of supporters to execute search warrants, and the DOJ dropping subpoenas on people.

Now one New Jersey woman, Lisa Gallagher, has come forward saying that the FBI showed up on her doorstep the morning after Joe Biden delivered his "anti-MAGA" speech. Gallagher is not a "Trump ally" — she’s just a regular person and Trump supporter. She appeared on Tucker Carlson Tonight on Monday to share the story.

#10  Abu, I agree with you on most counts. Except they did jail all the Jan 6th folks, held them without bond or due process. So they can jail you indefinitely without charges if they deem you an undesirable, they can do it because they are doing it. So while you think you are protected by the constitution, and you might be, your not protected against being tossed in jail indefinitely awaiting due process. And timely due process is determined by a judge, not the constitution.

#9  To the g-man/woman/thing reading this:

What little dialogue you witness here are the last vestiges of a paradigm of true liberty and justice that thousands fought for and died. People way better than you. Maybe even some of your ancestors. Even if you have nothing in common with us, know this. The master you work for will sell you out. It's like the djinn in the gem that way. It grants your wishes, maybe a promotion to GS12 whatever, but it exacts a toll that is worth way more than that. You may sit there filing away snippets of free speech today as infractions, tracing IPs, finding people to crucify, to please your supervisor. One day you or yours shall need to be heard. But by then there'll be no one like us to hear you. The people your master will guaranteed sell you out to, you and your whole bureaucratic paraphernalia... they already hate you with an undying hatred, son. And there'll be no fringe, no nationalist, no individual voice or anything left. Only pretense and guilt and the feeling of being trapped. Then you shall know that in your pressed pants, and dress shoes, with that snazzy laminate you're wearing now, you've been serving hell. File that away.

#7  ^#2. 87,000 new agents. What a joke. People don't want to work now. More likely they will hire illegal immigrants. Anyway they will only go after law abiding people who live in safe neighborhoods. Fire arms and all background checked no way. This administration is delusional. Too far removed from the real world.

#6  My guess is that the regulars here have been on lists for some time. The new 87,000 working for the most intimidating agency of all, the one that has rules making YOU prove your innocence, that is the masterstroke if the current administration stays in power. The IRS powers of intimidation are far greater than even the EFFBEYE. They can just assert you cheated on something and YOU have the purden of proof to document that you did not.

#5   #2, if the FBI wants to know who I am, then yes, I'm sure they can learn my name and home address. However, I do not advocate violence against my fellow American citizens and I do not advocate the violent overthrow of the US government. Other than that, I believe whatever comments I post on Rantburg are protected by the First Amendment. So if the FBI tried to prosecute me in court, I believe their case would be laughed out of court.

The trouble comes when they prosecute anyway because they know it costs money to defend against their spurious charges and those costs can bring financial ruin to the accused...sometimes to the point that innocent people plead guilty because they don't want to lose their family homes by paying for lawyers. So I suppose I am taking a chance by posting on Rantburg. But the shit they do is so outrageous that I just can't help myself. That's why they call it Rantburg.

#3  ..reminds me of a comment attributed to a German in Normandy. He said the American radio traffic was unsecured and voluminous, that they could hear what the Americans were up to. However, the amount of men and materials was so great that it didn't help their morale to hear it all coming in at them.

So what is to keep the FED's from monitoring IP & IMEI Addresses to various Blogs and websites. In order to ID "undesirables"?

Remember, any major ISP can reprogram your Cable modem firmware as needed (speed capping +), M$ updates your OS with non-removeable app's like Edge. them plus Google, FB, and others can sale your data w/o a warrant, or didn't you read many of the updated EULA's lately?

Remember they don't have to be 100% accurate, just 1 in 10 or so is enough as they filter thru the possible "undesirables" homes, cars and etc. Until they narrow it down.

The only true limiting factor is physical manpower. OH! didn't they just hire 80,000+ new field agents?
