#13 Hasn't a Run to Moscow been done a couple of times before? Hasn't ended well yet. |

#8 I have no idea whether a Ukrainian invasion of Russia is feasible but that fact that a long-time poster with 49Pan's background is talking about it certainly catches my attention. |

#7 The ring road was closed during the Moscow Day celebration (Saturday). Likely old news and not relevant anymore. |

#6 First off, I dont smoke crack. Stuff it. I dont live in an alternate universe. Again, stuff it. The best tactical event any general can do is get the fight out of their country and into a different one. If the Ukraine is successful in their counter offensive and they dont enter Russia they are making a strategic mistake. Enter Russia and call for the UN to put Blue helmets in the Russian provinces that are held by Ukraine. |

#5 I followed that guy for a few days, and he's way ahead of facts, and I say that as someone who is unabashedly pro-Ukraine. The 'ring road' thing showed up on twitter several days ago, complete with a vid of sirens and military trucks. This is either a delayed echo or similar situation, with no clear implications. |

#4 On the other hand, after the posting yesterday of one of their talking heads saying that the Russian generals who 'allowed' this to happen should be shot, would you actually trust someone with a tac-nuke? |

#3 Ukr invasion of Russia? Put down the pipe and back away from the keyboard. Fun to imagine as alternate history, but if reports are accurate then this is a prelude to a coup or a counter coup. State Security Putinista forces loyal to Putin vs oligarchs/would-be warlords with co-opted Interior troops vs standing Military units led by generals in rebellion (classic coup junta), in a 3 way standoff. The Russians do love their troikas. This could be very interesting. Cue theme from the Good the Bad and the Ugly; you decide which gets to be Blondie, Angel Eyes, and Tuco. |

#2 ^ that would invite a tac-nuke. |

#1 Imagine this, Ukraine actually get operational tanks and vehicle from the Division surrender. With that and the forces they currently have there is very little resistance between the Ukraine and the Kremlin. The Ukraine could take the fight into Russia, and make a run for the Kremlin. |
