According to the Russian military, more than 120 militants were killed as a result of the air strike.
"Today, the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed the Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist camp (an organization whose activities are banned in the Russian Federation) in the Ash Sheikh Yusef region," said Oleg Yegorov.
He specified that 20 unmanned aerial vehicles, four drone control points, as well as launchers were disabled by the same air strike.
