| Documents detailing foreign country's nuclear capabilities found at Mar-a-Lago |

| [Washington Examiner] Documents related to the nuclear and military capabilities of an unnamed nation were among the papers found at Mar-a-Lago by FBI agents, per a report. The sensitive documents, which would require special clearance for access on a need-to-know basis, were recovered during a raid by the FBI last month on former President Donald Trump's Florida residence, people familiar with the situation told the Washington Post. The documents are so secretive that most senior national security officials are unaware of their contents, and only the president and very few officials are aware of the documents, according to the report. Earlier Tuesday, Trump decried the Mar-a-Lago raid and fallout over classified documents as a "witch hunt." "All American Patriots know that I always do everything 'by the book' and that this Hoax will fail miserably," he said in a statement. The Trump team was handed a victory in the legal battle with the Justice Department on Monday when a judge granted a motion for a special master to look through documents seized by the FBI during the August raid. The Justice Department has the ability to appeal the decision, and some have speculated the motion will be overturned upon appeal. |

| #15 Remember -- the leaks are intended to make the issue seem more serious. The reality will be less serious -- and in any case Trump could not violate classification while he was president, because his authority over classification is absolute. |

| #12 "... speculated the motion will be overturned upon appeal." Given the number of still in power Obama appointed judges there is little speculation in my mind. This is eventuall headed to the SCOTUS. Which worries me, given how one SCOTUS suddenly died under OBAMA just before and important ruling was to be made against that LSD group. If we get another make it up as they go Liberal USSC Judge, the USA is screwed. |

| #10 Nice to see the FBI is leaking info and half truths to spin the media in their favor. Yet they were silent on Hillary and the Bidens. It wont be long until the Trump taxes are leaked. If people cant see the FBI's corruption and partisanships, they are blind. |

| #7 They're just using new terms to describe the "nuclear secrets" they lied about a week ago. Apparently the correspondence between Trump and North Korea's Kim were part of the documents seized, and they declared those "nuclear secrets". Now they're saying "documents detailing foreign country's nuclear capabilities" -- which could include what Kim responded back with, or open-source information on Nork or Iranian programs. |
