#2  Cause it was so good in Afghanistan. It's design for conventional warfare as witnessed in the Ukraine. It's weakness is its support/supply system.

What is interesting is that its conceptual lineage is the Russian Katyusha rocket launchers system. The Russians have not been able to keep it up in developmental evolution. Betcha, the Chinese are bending all their intel assets to get as much information on it.
