#15  Devastating floods are a regular event in Pakistan, because the money set aside for repairs and improvements after each flood is siphoned into numerous private accounts again and again. And so they pre-murder and pre-destroy their neighbours repeatedly, followed by loud cries of despair.

And so Pakistan loses again.
