Benefits front-loaded for Iran, one assumes, and all that’s required of them is a pause — a pause during which cheating will not be difficult.

Phase 4: Tel Aviv disappears under a mushroom cloud

Not mentioned: phase 5: Tehran, Qom, and numerous other places in Iran disappear under Israeli mushroom clouds
