| #8 When you make a 911 call they have your number. If someone is calling the cops to harass their black neighbor perhaps the cops should stop at a different address next time. |

At that point the pastor escalated the situation because a working hypothesis is that he was an "unknown druggie/homeless/lunatic indulging in petty mischief and/or vandalism". Provide ID and/or walk over, jingle his house keys and prove he is a neighbor.... |
