Two Men Convicted of Conspiring to Kidnap Democratic Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer
2022-08-24
More on this story from yesterday.
[NATIONALREVIEW] A federal judge convicted two men on Tuesday of conspiring in 2020 to kidnap Democratic Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer
...Her Excellency, the dictator of Michigan, 2020 Dem VP contender...
The two men, Adam Fox
...accused of being the other ringleader in addition to paid Fed informant Big Dan Chappel...
and Barry Croft,
...pardoned in 2019 for an old conviction for possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, allegedly the group’s bomb maker and a national leader of the 3 Percenters...
face a maximum sentence of life in prison for the kidnapping conspiracy, and were also convicted on one count of conspiring to use weapons of mass destruction, as the men allegedly planned to blow up a bridge near Whitmer’s home to hinder the government’s response.

Fox and Croft’s first trial ended in a mistrial. Two men pleaded guilty before the first trial and two others were acquitted of all charges in April.

Defense attorneys claimed that the men were entrapped by more than a dozen government undercover agents and informants who "conceived and controlled every aspect" of the plot to kidnap the governor.

The attorneys described Fox as "isolated, broke, homeless" and Croft as a trucker, and argued that they could’ve never carried out the operation by themselves, if not for being influenced by undercover agents.

"In America, the FBI is not supposed to create domestic bandidos bully boyz so that the FBI can arrest them," Fox attorney Christopher Gibbons told the jury, according to ABC News. "The FBI isn’t supposed to create a conspiracy so the FBI can stand up and claim a disruption."

Gibbons maintained that Fox was heavily influenced by a confidential informant named "Big Dan."
...Dan Chappel, who was paid $54,000 for six months work seducing his targets to come up with the most inept plot since Mad Magazine’s Spy vs. Spy. Inept federal agent, too — during the course of this thing he ended up indicted on federal gun charges...
"Adam Fox was not ever predisposed to the crime of kidnapping Gov. Whitmer. He talked a big game but talk is just talk. Adam Fox took no affirmative steps to achieve the ends as Special Agent Chambers
... Jayson Chambers, who was starting a side business as a security consultant at the time...
and Big Dan pushed so hard to achieve," Gibbons said in his closing argument before the jury, CNN
...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for...
reported.

#3  I've never understood what the FBI (aka the administration) was out to gain from this.

I'll go with discrediting resistance to Covid Procedures, Blamtifa.

Witchmore was in the top 3 most visible of the lockdown governors, with Michigan always on the leader board for most intrusive state. The deal about banning seeds for gardens was outrageous and pointed out that perhaps this was all an act, especially the picture of the seed display right next to the checkout counter. Blamtifa was really show its ass and people were not amused. Feds like hanging up IIIrs, Oath Keepers, Proud Boys anyways. Had the media shout loud and until people noticed the stink, then onto the next target loudly like a piper. What was the next crises, The Sturgis Plague Nexus? It was something big enough that this could just be disappeared.

#2  The judge implemented time limits on the defense for cross-examining government witnesses - to not waste the jury's time. Captain Kangaroo was holding court. All that was needed was a Bunny Rabbit hand puppet, a moose and a trash can full of ping-pong balls.

Was this some kind of false flag to brand us "nazi, white supremacist Trump supporters) as real criminals that should be arrested?
