Facebook turned over to cops the private chats between Nebraska mom and her 17-year-old daughter that outlined their plan to carry out at-home abortion and 'burn the evidence'
2022-08-11
[Daily Mail, Where America Gets Its News]
  • Facebook handed over chats to police about a teen's illegal at-home abortion

  • The platform received a warrant for Jessica and Celeste Burgess' Facebook data

  • The warrant was probing the alleged burning of a stillborn fetus, Facebook said

  • Data obtained by the warrant aided in the case against the mother-daughter pair

  • Jessica, 41, was charged for helping Celeste carry out an abortion

  • Celeste, 17, was hit with felony charges over the alleged abortion at 23 weeks

  • At the time, Nebraska banned abortions after 20 weeks

  • Facebook claims it was unaware the data was for an abortion investigation

#4  Colluding to kill and burn your grandchild and child seems like it should not be something done on Facebook to begin with. Isn’t that supposed to be done in the chat of a first person shooter video game? Also, couldn’t she have just applied for a barista job at Starbucks and got a free trip out of it?

#2  Somehow I doubt Facebook would just hand over user info when the perps where on the liberal side of the abortion debate. If this is real I would think they'd have wrapped themselves in Virtue Signaling delays and public outcry for as long as possible before releasing any info to the police.

#1  Used Social Media to discuss it or anything illegal? How I.T. stupid can you get?

BTW: Didn't F-Book kinda hint if it knew it was about to release "abortion" Pro-Liberal genocide discussions, they might not have?
