  • Under the 2019 policy migrant camps popped up along the Mexico side of the border as asylum seekers wait to be called to the U.S. for immigration hearings

  • The policy 'has endemic flaws, imposes unjustifiable human costs, and pulls resources and personnel away from other priority efforts,' DHS said
And what % actually show for their hearings? 5%? The rest are in the breeze with some "unlucky" American Citizen's SSN in hand for ID theft to work
