Jones, 42, who has lived across the street from one of the victims since 2019, was arrested and charged with ten felony counts including four first degree murders and arsons. The idiot left his receipts for gas canisters, gasoline, and a gun at one of the sites. When arrested at his house at 2:30 this morning, he was found to be so badly burnt they had to airlift him to the hospital in Lincoln.
