[REGNUM] The Armed Forces (AF) of Russia struck in Konstantinovka (DNR) the point of temporary deployment of mercenaries of the so-called Ukrainian "foreign legion". This was announced on July 18 by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov at a briefing.
"High-precision air-launched missiles in the village of Konstantinovka of the DPR hit a temporary deployment point for mercenaries of the so-called Ukrainian “foreign legion," he said.
According to him, as a result of the explosions, 12 special vehicles, seven armored vehicles, as well as up to 250 foreign fighters were destroyed.
As REGNUM reported , on July 17, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov, said at a briefing that the launcher and loading vehicle of the American HIMARS multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) of the armed Kiev formations was destroyed by the Russian Armed Forces in the Krasnoarmeysk region.
