#5 With great power comes great fire insurance. That could apply to my last DnD group. Had a tendency to set everything on fire, intentionally and other. Set fire to two inns with a very loose respect to hands of fire and braining an idiot with a firebrand. |

#4 ^ With great power comes great fire insurance. Distances in orbit make it unlikely to be useful. A laser beam is highly collimated so it does not spread much. I would expect atmosphere effects like turbulence and refraction to be bigger problems. |
