| #15 Why in the hell would you need to hot box with a vape pen? The ones I get are 93% THC. Kids. Just glad the engine was off when the driver looked like he was trying to park. It was one of those stop and watch moments, like when people try to pet elk or that dude at spring break who beer bonged a small bottle of tequila. |
