| More than 260,000 Troops Not Fully Vaccinated, Many Face Discharge Under Biden Administration Mandate |

| [Breitbart] At least 260,000 American troops — or about 13 percent of the 2.1 million total force — are not fully vaccinated despite a Biden administration vaccine mandate for the military, and many of them could face discharge. According to the Department of Defense website, at least 268,858 service members as of July 13 are still not in compliance with Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s August 2021 mandate for every member of the military to be fully vaccinated with two doses of a vaccine. That figure does not count the thousands who have not taken any doses. Only about 20,000 of the more than 260,000 have received a temporary or permanent exemption, according to the latest statistics provided by the services. That means the rest face discharge from the military at a time the services are struggling to find new recruits. |

| #7 Discovery. Show that the Administration basically overruled the real scientific consensus that what they put out was for all intents and purposes an experimental drug. Never met the pre-COVID standards for drugs. CYAWP that won't stand up in court. |

| #4 Dishonorable Discharge Would not likely stand in court challenge. There is enough information out there that will give a court the basis to find that it was not a lawful order. That would over turn all those papers and have to be reissued as general discharges. Besides, if the Trunk take over Congress in November, they can direct that any and all such discharges be classified as general. It's that or watch a lot of pet project disappear in appropriations, not to mention manpower cuts (to include targeting the number of general officers on active duty). I don't recall a single instance in which a Congresscritter ask for a revised discharge upgrade that wasn't granted. The word at the Puzzle Palace was basically - let the Wookie win. |

| #2 Question: IF Biden's handlers decide to discharge them, and it's not a 365/200 (service under 200 days) discharge. Would they be facing a Dishonorable Discharge? Which could BAN them from purchasing weapons in the future. Also, an effective way to disarm/Ban 260,000 tactically trained adults, which likely now have ANTI - Liberal - Democrat Biden issues at the same time. |
