Larry Storch, F Troop star, dead at 99 |

[NYPost] Larry Storch, a character actor most famous for starring in the 1960s sitcom “F Troop,” died on Friday at age 99. His death was confirmed on his official Facebook page, although the cause of death wasn’t disclosed. “It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share with you the news our beloved Larry passed away in his sleep overnight,” the tribute read. “We are shocked and at a loss for words at the moment. Please remember he loved each and every one of you and wouldn’t want you to cry over his passing. “He is reunited with his wife Norma and his beloved ‘F Troop’ cast and so many friends and family,” the post added. Born Jan. 8, 1923, in New York City, Storch was perhaps best known for his role in ABC’s short-lived Civil War sitcom “F Troop,” in which he portrayed Corporal Randolph Agarn, the dimwitted sidekick of Sergeant O’Rourke Read the rest at the link |

#5 I remember watching F-troop when I was a kid. In the 60's we had F-troop, Now in the 20's we have the Pentagon. At least F-troop had a laugh track... |
