| #10 Earlier today, a gentleman stood in front of our village post office and read the Declaration of Independence aloud. The gathered crowd was small but attentive - a few older folks, but mostly young families with kids. It must have been something to hear those words spoken for the first time 246 years ago. Happy Birthday to America and thank you all for your participation. |
