#1 The Guardian, typically, misreports this as "Supreme Court Hobbles Government Power To Limit Harmful Emissions". That's true unless you consider Congress to be a part of the federal government, which, really, it kind of is. The Court is saying that the correct part of the government to make changes this big is Congress, where even conservatives get a vote and politicians sometimes have to go on record. |
