In his concurrence, Thomas went farther than the other conservative justices, calling for the concept of substantive due process to be thrown out and reconsidering “all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell.” Griswold v. Connecticut enshrined the “right to privacy,” Lawrence v. Texas ruled that people had the right to “seek autonomy” in their private relationships, and Obergefell v. | #6 Chicago has lost over 1 million people since 1950. And continues to do so. A responsible mayor (ha! who am I kidding?) might want to address this decline. |

Instead, we should fervrently and eternally hope instead that they are simply reduced to irrelevance. It's much more painful for them to discover that they are no longer the center of the universe, and that lasts for a really long time. Mike |
