This is a reassessment of the crimes that the Nazis committed on our land," wrote Konstantinov.
He stressed that 77 years after the victory over Nazism, he again raised his head in the world.
"Then it was not finished off, it was not destroyed in due measure, and today for some countries it has become the norm of politics. In this regard, the tasks of our special military operation, including the denazification of Ukraine, are more relevant than ever. Of course, for us here, in the Crimea, in Russia, it is important to give a political and legal assessment of the crimes of the Nazis. I am convinced that this goal will be fully achieved," said Konstantinov.

Archival documents and materials on the facts of crimes committed by the Nazis and their accomplices in the cities of Alushta, Evpatoria, Dzhankoy, Saki, Simferopol, Sudak, Kerch, Feodosia and Yalta, Bakhchisarai, Belogorsk, Dzhankoy, Kirovsk, Krasnogvardeisky, Leninsky, Nizhnegorsky, Razdolnensky were studied , Saki, Simferopol, Soviet districts.
“On the territory of the peninsula during the period of its occupation, units of the Wehrmacht and military formations of the Axis countries, special punitive and auxiliary units operated. The invaders forcibly drove into slavery more than 85 thousand Crimeans, many died from overwork, starvation or were killed.
“The stated facts are confirmed by eyewitness accounts, materials of a criminal case against Wehrmacht employees and other Nazi military units deployed in the occupied territory, acts of the republican, city and district commissions for investigating atrocities and damage caused by the Nazi invaders.
The killings of civilians and prisoners of war have also been established and confirmed by the verdicts of courts and tribunals,” the prosecutor’s office stressed.
