| Home Depot workers don't have the right to wear BLM gear on the job: judge |

| [NYPOST] Home Depot workers do not have the right to wear Black Lives Matter merchandise or imagery while on the job, a federal judge has ruled. In his ruling Friday, administrative judge Paul Bogas rejected a complaint from the US National Labor Relations Board that the home improvement retailer violated employees’ rights by barring them from displaying BLM gear, Bloomberg News said in a report. Bogas wrote that the BLM moniker lacked "an objective and sufficiently direct relationship to terms and conditions of employment." BLM’s message "originated and is primarily used to address the unjustified killings of black individuals by law enforcement," he wrote. "To the extent the message is being used for reasons beyond that, it operates as a political umbrella for societal concerns and related to the workplace only in the sense that workplaces are part of society," the judge said. |

| #7 Back to corporate dress codes: white button-down shirt with tie and dress slacks or approximately knee-length skirt (tie optional for women) for management, white button down shirt and jeans or knee-length skirt for hourly workers. WalMart has the basic shirt for under $12, so it won’t be a major expense to make the change. |

| #1 With all such things, I apply a simple application rule. If I substituted WHITE would people be screaming Racist/Racism? Since BLM is openly a BLACK ONLY based Group, therefore it is Racist. Allowing any BLM, KKK or Neo-Nazi display would be promoting racism and therefore all are unacceptable. But wait for it. The LSD's & BLM will likely resort to a Social Media smear campaign and go ape $hit trying to create a 60++ year link to a former founder's great grand father. Employers need to get out of, and keep Social Politics out of, their operations and just run a business. |
