Uvalde school district says it will hire MORE police officers to patrol campuses in the wake of the mass shooting where 19 elementary school children and two teachers were massacred
2022-06-10
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Barn, horse.
  • Uvalde School Superintendent Dr. Hal Harrell announced on Thursday that the district is reviewing its security procedures following the shooting on May 24

  • He said district officials are developing 'a list of actions we can take to strengthen security on all of our campuses'

  • One way to do that, he said, would be to hire more police officers to be assigned to each campus for the upcoming school year

  • He refused to answer questions about whether he still trusts Police Chief Pete Arredondo or whether students should feel safe in school next year

  • His announcement comes weeks after an 18-year-old gunman was able to enter Robb Elementary School and kill 19 students and two teachers

  • Uvalde police stood back for more than an hour during the massacre, and a federal investigation into the police response is ongoing

#1  Horse, barn door. However, no one will be fired for failure. Tell me how this is different from the Soro's DAs that won't prosecute crime? You get more of the same behavior.
