  • Ten people have already been taken into custody, though their names and a potential motive have not yet been revealed

  • Footage shows thousands of people fleeing the scene after the shooting began just after 11pm

  • Police say all of the victims are expected to survive

  • It came just two hours after three other people were shot nearby

#4  I didn't see anything in the article about the number of shooters, but the 10 arrested seems to suggest more than 1. That would seem to be an important data point.

Probably not as weapons and firearms are verboten in the sports venue (they check you upon entry looking for that verboten concealed sandwich/water bottle you tried to bring in, also 'weapons') where the victims had just been.
