| #4 The only real power that any bureaucrat has is to say "no". If they say "yes" they open themselves up to scrutiny and the chance of being a scapegoat. Saying "no" makes them feel like they are "protecting the public" and makes them feel powerful. The curse of unionized, GS level, permanent-hire bureaucrats. Fire 90% of them ! America needs to impose austerity pay reductions cuts on federal employees pensions and wages. |

| #3 Folks should make a big noise about who in hte SEC gave the orders on this little fascist control exercise. Make it clear that if they break laws they will be held accountable, even if Biden gave the orders. |
