"It was a failed targeting attempt, and the damages are only to the fence of the house," read the statement, adding that the site of the rocket’s launchpad has been determined, and that the perpetrators of the attack will be met with "the most severe penalties."
A statement from the Iraqi Security Media Cell on Wednesday stated that the rocket was launched from east of the Iraqi capital of Baghdad.
