13 Nassar victims seeking $130M from FBI over bungled probe
2022-04-22
DETROIT (AP) — Thirteen sexual assault victims of Larry Nassar
....Lebanese-American doctor Lawrence Gerard Nassar will be imprisoned for the rest of his life for s3xually abusing over 265 girls in the U.S. gymnastics program, taking advantage of his access as team athletic trainer and team physician...
are seeking $10 million each from the FBI, claiming a bungled investigation by agents led to more abuse by the sports doctor, lawyers said Thursday.

It’s an effort to make the government responsible for assaults that occurred after July 2015. The Justice Department’s inspector general concluded that the FBI made fundamental errors when it became aware of allegations against Nassar that year.

Nassar was a Michigan State University sports doctor as well as a doctor at USA Gymnastics. He is serving decades in prison for assaulting female athletes, including medal-winning Olympic gymnasts.

"This was not a case involving fake 20 dollar bills or tax cheats," attorney Jamie White said. "These were allegations of a serial rapist who was known to the FBI as the Olympic U.S. doctor with unfettered access to young women."
"Pay us me"
Nassar, he added, continued a "reign of terror for 17 unnecessary months."

Indianapolis-based USA Gymnastics told local FBI agents in 2015 that three gymnasts said they were assaulted by Nassar. But the FBI did not open a formal investigation or inform federal or state authorities in Michigan, according to the inspector general’s report.

#8  Suppose this bungled investigation involves certain media files on agents' computers?

#4  Ref #2: .....the FBI agents conducting the investigations were likely told by higher ups to back-off for PR, Political Agenda reasons.

Told nothing, other than the 'investigation would be handled in Washington.'

#3  Is there a law somewhere that says the FBI has to do a good job?

Question: Did you (US Citizen) have anything to do with the investigation and/or the crime?

Because when you sue the FBI you are suing yourself since it is your tax $$$ they are taking.

Because, I am willing to bet the FBI agents conducting the investigations were likely told by higher ups to back-off for PR, Political Agenda reasons.

So sue those that interfered / halted the investigation, thus violating these women's Civil Rights and placing them further in harms way. Also look into Criminal indictments and breech of Oath Of Office Violations for the Fed's.

If it hasn't already been done, sue the crap out of the Doctor and strip him of all his financial holdings and assets?

#1  Nassar, he added, continued a "reign of terror for 17 unnecessary months."

The 9/11 bombers, Nidal Hasan, Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, the Tsarnaev bros., the Trump-Russian hoax, Hunter Biden, Christine Fang, and subway shooter Frank R. James were known about for months as well, in some cases years.

Some "bungling" appears to be intentional.
