#14 I doubt the United States needed a P-8 to tell where the Moskva was; I imagine when they turn their radar on the ship's location is apparent to every sigint satellite with that section of the earth's surface in view. |

#13 The most egregious got the Spam Cop. The rest...were underperforming and their ruble checks cut off? |

#11 Have the trolls disappeared? If so, what does that portend if anything? |

#10 It is not like Moskva was hiding. To be a credible threat to Odessa, people have to know you are there. The trick to this strategy, as with the benefit plan, is not getting killed. |

#9 Meh. You can be sure Russian and Chinese surveillance planes keep an eye on our fleets every chance they get. There's plenty of evidence the Ukrainians pulled off the attacked with their own capabilities; no need to invent our involvement. |

#4 Just happened to be in position to observe. Chance, precognition or....? |

#3 Give it time, it's been proven none of them can keep their mouth shut. |

#2 But if a P-8 watched the attack go down and some breathless underling at the Pentagon has not rushed out to spill the beans about it, I'll take that as a win. |

#1 The ship was also reportedly "harassed" by drones of the type Ukraine licensed from Turkey, and the Moskva was apparently conducting shore support -- which likely brought it close to the coast. So it didn't take any external support for the Ukrainians to find it. |
