| #5 ^ True. They won't get away with it but that won't stop a hack like Yellen from trying. She was the one who kept mouthing the "temporary inflation" line last year. Guess the brutal recession that's coming will be shrugged off as "temporary" as well |

| #4 ^ It's not that simple. Yellen and Powell are hearing daily from their counterparts around the world. The rest of the world's debt problems come back to the US's debt problems. They are all riding on top of a volcano, but they aren't dumb enough collectively to imagine saying "Putin's fault" will solve their problems. |
