Syrian activist was arrested and humiliated by Turkish authorities in Turkey's Gaziantep |

After midnight Thursday-Friday, the Media activist Hassan al-Mukhtar posted on his Facebook page "I am detained at a "Now they are taking me to an unknown place under psychological pressure," he added. He posted that he slept on the floor last night, and the coppers refused to give him any blankets, in addition to the officers pressuring him and insulting him with intimidating words. Al-Mukhtar pointed out that the police were allowing him to use his mobile phone, which had almost run out of charge. Recently, the General Directorate of Migration in the capital, Ankara, informed thousands of Syrians residing in ![]() and who hold the Kimlik that their restrictions have been completely stopped and that their temporary protection has been canceled, fears of deportation to Syrian territory have increased. |
