![]() Christian Jeffers, 48, who identifies as a woman, was picked up shortly after 2 p.m. Wednesday — about 17 hours after she allegedly attacked the 29-year-old male victim at the 14th Street 1/2/3 station Tuesday, police said. Jeffers was charged with assault, aggravated harassment and menacing — all as hate crimes — and criminal possession of a weapon, authorities said. Her arraignment was pending Thursday. Prior to that bust, she was arrested 47 times, dating back to 2007, cops said. She is a known "transit offender," police sources said. |

#8 Echo what NN2N1 said. Nut houses. Hell with public funds, businesses will fund them directly to keep crazies out of circulation. 'Welcome to Papa John's Ward A. Better Pizza, Better citizens.' 'Welcome to Starbucks Sillyville! Made for those who caffeine has screwed.' |

#6 One would think any sane DA or Judge would understand that the Social Justice "Catch and Release" process isn't working But it is working! At least according their goals. The Soros and leftist gang undoubtedly think it's working wonderful. |

#4 One would think any sane DA or Judge would understand that the Social Justice "Catch and Release" process isn't working and has serious social and safety ramifications...l say after the 3rd or 4th arrest. We need to bring back good old Criminal Nut Houses/mental wards for such obviously socially dangerous criminals. |

#2 I think s/he probably asked to be classified as that, along the journey to certifiable public enemy status. "I'd like to be called a transit offender, if it's all the same to you judge." |

#1 Is a transit offender of a different class than a barroom offender? Or different than an offender in a different zip code? |
