  • Police in Winnipeg said the driver, who was not immediately named, use his Jeep Patriot to plow through the crowd before fleeing the scene at high speeds

  • The driver was eventually caught by police and arrested after a brief struggle

  • One person was taken to a nearby hospital before being released, while three others sustained only minor injures, which did not require medical attention

  • GoFundMe has since reversed a decision to not redistribute $8 million from those who donated to the Freedom Truckers cause, and will refund the money

  • The crowd-funding website made the decision to distribute the donated funds after facing widespread backlash and a potential fraud investigation
A 42-year-old male from Headingly, Manitoba, faces charges of four counts of assault with weapon, two counts of dangerous operation of a conveyance causing bodily harm, one count of dangerous operation of a conveyance, two counts of failure to stop after accident, and two counts of failure to stop at the scene of an accident.

#1  GO-F_ME still accepted funds under false pretenses.

Not charging them is akin to not charging a bank embezzler, that returns the money. However, the 1000's of felony level crimes were still committed.

Once GO-F-Me accepted the account setup.
Then collected 10's, IF not 100's of 1000's of individual donations.
Collected their skim fee (interest or whatever).
Only to decide they'd not honor their own EUA and legal disclaimers.

Plus publicly hint of misappropriations and possible redirection of the funds.

YES! ...I can see where a REAL DOJ or FTC or INTERPOL would be all over this. But this is the Biden Junta that imposes selective Justice based on political agenda & donor pocket needs.
