| SDF kills ISIS militant in north Syria’s Manbij |

| [NPASyria] The counter-terrorism units of the Manbij Military Council, affiliated with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), in cooperating with the Internal Security Forces of North and East Syria (Asayish), managed to kill a member of ISIS sleeper cells in the western countryside of Manbij, north Syria, the Manbij Military Council announced on its official website on Wednesday. After monitoring and follow-up operations by the security forces in Manbij, the suspect’s house in the village of Madna Kabir in the western countryside of Manbij was raided by the Asayish. During the raid operation, festivities took place between the suspected man and the Military Council forces which managed to kill him. A quantity of weapons was seized, namely (4 Kalashnikovs, 3 swords, 9 Kalashnikov stores, a bombshell weapon, a quantity of Kalashnikov bullets and a quantity of TNT). |
